喺香港比較少啲食omakase 但最近見到咁啱公司附近有一間專食呢樣嘢嘅餐廳於是就特登約朋友去試一試首先佢好特別因為佢嘅玫瑰係可以食用架佢建議用玫瑰花瓣配上味道較淡嘅鯛點下汁上邊係螢光章魚🐙真心食得出非常新鮮而且佢嗰個肉質好彈牙❤️💙呢一個厚岸蠔上面配上海葡萄我的確要想讚個好肉非常之creamy 💙❤️而海葡萄加大左嗰個口感令你嘅層次再豐富一啲呢一個嘅中間係章魚嘅腦,章魚嘅腦中間會有一啲類似米粒嘅口感,而且亦都非常juicy ,配上非常新鮮嘅海膽加深嗰個硬粒同埋creamy之間嗰種口感 估唔到原來章魚嘅腦嗰個口感係好好食㗎!!撚鯛口感都幾彈牙,配上甜酒嘅海帶在更加突出鮮味呢個叫碟、配佢比較係帶口感 你會食到肉果種煙韌我想講呢一個大吞拿魚魚腩係真係超級無敵入口即溶好好味💙💙佢係近吞拿魚嘅腹部油脂都好足夠,而且佢既紋都好靚一生難忘🥰呢一個前菜嘅最低亦都係一啲吞拿魚楠,上面配上亦都係吞拿魚茸加埋一啲有口感嘅黃蘿蔔拎個口感更加豐富仲有一啲芝麻💙呢一個係中段出現嘅赤蝦實在係好深刻,佢嘅赤蝦非常之新鮮彈牙,因為隻蝦比較淡味,佢刻意配上一個濃味啲嘅蟹膏在喺上面加埋海葡萄再增加口感,佢無論口感嗰個層次定味
