To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳细小，一心想著食完就閃，所以也沒要求。食開的西多士，淋上糖槳，但周記的西多士，反而把特式的槳液放在麵包裹面才炸，若想試多幾款，一定要相约三五知己去品嚐才適合，否則真的會因太甜而漏死，食不下去我們下午茶時段，一行四人點了芋香流心西多士，奶黃流心西多士，芝麻蝦多士和燒賣。再配四杯奶茶。實在非常滿足。流心多士味香，口感香軟，但因為超甜，每人食四份之一巳非常足夠。而芝麻蝦多士也很香脆味美，加上用料上乘的燒賣正好中和剛才超甜的味覺。
