To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨日有機會在關店前，品嚐用心制作的西多士和豬扒包😋在關門收拾的一刻，主動詢問店員，他們不嫌麻煩，請我們內進，不急不趕等我們選擇食物🙏西多士由4塊可愛的小多士組成，方便食用和分亨，豬扒包也應該來一刀😉 雖然豬扒不夠肥厚，但脆邊的烘飽取回不少分數👍感受制作人的用心，感受到店內以下對聯的情懷：😌珠子落盤曲奏響記善存德頌恩光借店隨筆，揚善忘惡，不分彼此☺️珠璣揚美君言珍記載善德子貴惜冰天育苗不斷愛室運心傳器非物感謝款待🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️
