食咗50多年雞,確信好貴好貴嘅,未必等於好食。波士慢煮豉油雞及薑葱咸雞是令我感到有驚喜之作,雞肉嫩滑好味之外,我更欣賞廚師的努力及重視顧客的態度。一間隱於市的小店,值得支持及捧場!
