星期三放左工,想去睇跑馬仔。咁就提議係時代廣場附近食晚餐,食完行去馬場都唔算好遠(可以順便消化下),之前又聽朋友講過呢間餐廳,所以就黎左啦。提提大家,黎之前最好book定位,因為餐廳座位唔多。招牌菜 芝士蟹肉玉子燒師傅逐件用茄汁寫都咪話唔辛苦,切開黎睇,啲芝士同蛋漿都流哂出黎,仲啖啖都食到蟹肉,落足料,好好味!汁燒白膳都係第一次食,好好味,好鮮甜,得好少骨,啲骨都燒到好脆,可以同啲肉一齊吞埋汁燒帆立貝帆立貝都幾大粒,裙邊燒到脆口金菇肥牛啲肥牛嘅肥膏融化哂,口感非常好!一口和牛串雖然唔係a5,但一入口就有和牛嘅味道,好好好好味!如果牛肉再生多少少咁就perfect池!老細教我地要將鵝肝撈勻個飯黎飯,咁樣就唔會覺得膩,石鍋熱辣辣,可以整到啲鵝肝融融地,差唔多食哂嘅時候仲有驚喜!就係飯焦啦!脆卜卜超正!我地兩個人食份量啱啱好!
