呢幾日天氣焗到暈,想食四川菜刺激下味蕾有番d胃口,去到銅鑼灣永光中心,望咗一陣水牌最後鎖定頂樓「川府宴」。 先黎前菜 蒜泥白肉,薄切白肉,肥瘦脂肪比例各半,厚度有如燈影牛肉相當剔透,用白肉包住蒜蓉辣椒青瓜片一口一啖, 用清爽青瓜中和蒜泥嘅微辣,去掉肥膩感,清新正宗食法。涼拌萵筍絲段切真係考刀功,少鹽少油去炒夠晒健康, 簡單一道菜最重要食材夠新鮮。泡椒安格斯牛柳,肉嫩冇筋,夠鑊氣,泡上辣椒快炒,越食越開胃要加番碗白飯先得。如果想食川菜 又想揾一間私隱度高嘅餐廳,不妨試下呢間,不過留意座位唔多,建議黎之前最好先預約!
