新開的日本料理店,服務員及廚師也是日本人,感覺好好,環境都好適合食日本野,因為好優雅同清靜。食物方面呢,就係好新鮮。魚生好新鮮,我哋今日叫咗omakase,最好食嘅呢就係個生蠔,日本三重縣產嘅,我本身唔鍾意食生蠔,但係隻生蠔真係好好味,佢又大隻啦,又新鮮啦。另外魚生刺身有好多全部都好新鮮(我唔記得全部乜嘢名啊,記得有金木鯛、拖羅、伊佐木、海膽等等)仲有幾款魚係今日新鮮運過嚟嘅。另外,個燒魚juicy到不得了。最後個甜品其實本身都冇乜特別期待嘅,都係雪糕嚟嘅啫,但係呢我揀咗個開心果嘅雪糕,佢每一啖都有好多開心果粒喺入邊,味道不太甜啱啱好,我估係自製嘅。
