身邊太多朋友經常推介呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅餐廳,成日話不能不試......聞說“水月”係由兩位對食物創作非常認真嘅姊弟開辦,亦聞說好多名人藝人都係座上客....今日終於能夠親身品嚐..... 輕煎鯛魚配清新蕃茄啫喱,望到已經覺得好靚,店員話碗底以份子料理方法將蕃茄清變成啫喱,食鯛魚嘅時候配埋旁邊嘅分子青檸泡、魚子一齊食,味道清新之餘又開胃煙燻清酒高湯鮑魚,一道非常日本傳統風味同埋有視覺效果嘅菜式!好似去左日本食鮑魚咁,鮑魚口感彈牙亦夠林,味道鮮甜吸引,連湯都唔可以放過龍吐珠,外表係鮮蝦彈牙炸丸,但原來係內有乾坤!中間係龍眼再包住新鮮飛魚子,呢道菜由外脆到內!絕對係心機菜式,亦非常有層次好味蟹肉鱈場蟹鉗豆羹,黎之前都聽過好多次呢個湯,老實講,我真係想食多一碗鱈場蟹鉗鮮甜、蟹肉湯又係鮮甜、加埋碗底個滑到無比嘅豆羹,今次到我推介番俾朋友啦 意大利西西里紅蝦意粉,我地問店員仲有咩推介美食,佢介紹意大利西西里紅蝦意粉俾我地。果然無介紹錯,蝦味非常香濃,意粉質感好好,好味燒北海道黑毛豬肩配八珍山渣汁,主菜我加40蚊轉10oz燒北海道黑毛豬肩配八珍山渣汁,我真係未食過咁新鮮咁好味嘅豬,有種好獨特嘅鮮味及烤

食完之後終於明白點解咁多人推薦水月,俾錢嘅時候真係覺得俾錢是非常值得的,好耐未試過有呢種感覺啦
