天寒地凍❄️☃️媽子話要食辣野取暖🧣🧤🌶🌶🌶又想特別d,所以就試下呢間私房菜。呢間私房菜都真係好難揾,但咁先算係隱地丫嗎😚!大廈要搭lift去到13樓,並且再要行一層樓梯,但食完一定值得。早兩日,我已經打左電話一定book定今日食咩,好彩有book☎️,第一次食私房菜唔知無得walk in🙅🏻‍♀️🚶🏼‍♂️。我同媽子兩個人想食d咩,一早已經同廚師👨🏻‍🍳傾好左,大廚好好人,好nice,比左建議我地食d咩。呢d係固定的餐牌,晚市就用呢個set做reference,可以為客人度身訂造,一晚應該只會做4至5台客,應該會好用心💕。原來都有做lunch,lunch就唔洗book都得。.至主菜,今日大廚安排左幾道菜。.首先粟米魚唇羹🌽🐟 (推薦指數:😋😋😋😋)我初初都以為係魚肚,原來係魚唇!😱😱真係嘴刁啦!仲有!好有家的味道,肉絲都做得好嫩滑,同埋食得出用傳統家的做法,用生粉水埋獻。值得一讚係,大廚唔係用蛋花,而用左腐竹,令成個羨都滑左好多。最後的胡椒味真係有家的味道,好飲!.重慶雞煲🐔 (推薦指數:😋😋😋😋😋)🌶大廚好細心咁問左我地食得好辣,佢就番我無咩點加到辣落去,所以我食到。但係小小的辣味,同埋係一

重慶雞煲🐔 (推薦指數:😋😋😋😋😋)🌶
大廚好細心咁問左我地食得好辣,佢就番我無咩點加到辣落去,所以我食到。但係小小的辣味,同埋係一個我從未食個而好好食既汁,呢個雞煲係我食過既頭3位。
佢的汁比食開,但咁樣係可以令每舊雞都點都d汁!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

水煮魚🌶🐟(推薦指數:😋😋😋😋😋)
咪睇佢咁多辣椒,但大廚可以控制辣度,今次係我食到既辣同埋麻麻地!食得辣的朋友,坐底果陣叫大廚重手d。所用的魚每次都唔同,同大廚傾就得,我食唔起貴魚,貴花一樣出色。

呢個對我來講就有少少辣,但出色的地方,係用左未漂過的牛柏葉,豬紅,同埋牛頸喉。每次的combination都可能有少少唔同,大廚話睇當日咩料靚,真係細心。
