心思思想食私房菜,又黎搵榮哥啦.....................食開都知精心配 (每位$348),係幾咁多嘢食,所以專登晏就食少D留肚涼伴黑木耳及岩鹽花枝豆呢兩款作為小食前菜都幾岩胃口茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子配有機沙律菜伴芝麻醬流心蛋未食已經見到流心狀,蛋黃味香,有點兒蓋過左茶燻味; 而炸茄子從來都係"索汁奇才",配個加埋芫茜碎嘅惹味醬汁真係一絶,以濃味助淡味!  而個沙律菜捲成一束,容易放入口,亦可當作清洗味蕾作用,以準備飲湯!原盅燉哈密瓜螺頭黑毛豚肉湯 :  熱辣辣原盅上枱,超足料,有哈密瓜嘅香甜味,即使加左黑毛豚肉,亦無肥膩感!原盅燉川貝陳皮海底椰鱷魚肉湯 : 近埋有幾聲咳,飲呢個就岩啦!  又係超足料,飲到陳皮味,加埋螺肉及元肉,啖湯點有得輸呀?!  正呀!!蝦球水芙蓉好似成幅畫咁,超嫩滑蛋上放上爽口彈牙蝦球,兩種口感!呢款時令甘香秋刀魚三食 (香草/胡椒/咸蛋黃) ($268)係新菜式原條秋刀魚拆骨,先慢煮然後再煎香,每條魚肉外分別加入香草/胡椒/咸蛋黃啖啖肉無骨,食到內裏魚肉仲嫩滑,香草味係最出,然後到胡椒,最後係咸蛋黃咁嘅秋刀魚食法都係第一次食,又唔錯喎!遠
