可能紅橋啲鋪租偏平,唔知幾時變左新開發小店美食天堂。今次黎食成日想試既疏乎厘班戟。好似話係法國藍絲帶主廚來的,其實我無考究總之好食就得哈哈😂同事生日就順便黎試啦,同事好多野都因為敏感唔食得,叫左個全日早餐我唔餓叫左個雜果薯仔沙律就算,因為想留肚食甜品先係主打。 加錢變成餐可以包杯飲品咁就叫咗個咖啡同埋香茅青檸蜜。飲品好快就上咗啦,香茅蜜簡直係有驚喜😲因為聞落去好香飲落去好清新。嘢飲之後等左好耐先有嘢食,一見到個沙律原來係真係好細,即刻叫佢攞個Menu再加多個虎蝦墨汁意粉。沙律係蘋果粒,薯仔蓉加芥末醬做汁,蘋果好爽口汁好特別。又吹一陣水個全日早餐出現個蛋無乜味,腸同肉都正常味係個小班戟好好味好香好有蛋味牛油味。虎蝦墨汁意粉估唔到真係原隻連殼虎蝦燒得香,啲肉又無梅左,墨汁好濃好味。食完又等左好耐,都明白佢用心做所以都無所謂。芒果香蕉青檸忌廉班戟,青檸味忌廉味唔出,但佢減低左香蕉既飽吐感。雪糕係芒果雪笆好清新。橙登燈櫈主角出場~焦糖香梨梳乎厘班戟😍😍😍內有很多氣孔,食落軟綿綿,勁好味,面層梨肉用煮過焦糖化,再加焦糖燒上一層脆皮,食落香甜。9點先食都食到十一點半,哈哈好彩我地無催促佢地,我地又
