To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港島係我平時唔會接觸既地區因為工作關係 有兩星期時間可以慢慢品嚐西環既美食今日自己一個人食既關係禁梗係要支持小店同埋keep住要搵平靚正美食既理念門面有鮮豔黃色既招牌非常吸引人既眼球聽聞呢度最出名係招牌排骨面就梗係要試下！排骨先上 熱辣辣排骨非常吸引 但當然要等埋主食先我既決定無錯湯底非常鮮味 清清地上海幼面就唔太岩我口味但面質唔錯排骨炸得剛剛好 唔油膩但可惜有點咸配返較清淡鮮味既湯底就可以中和返另外 老闆非常好態度同禮貌環境乾淨整潔價錢好合理全日套餐包埋飲品都係$36單點加飲品都有半價優惠
