同朋友行旺角買野,行到攰攰地,想食野,咁啱見到呢間食串燒嘅餐廳,喺餐廳外邊已經望到廚師燒緊串燒,就吸引左我地入去。呢間餐廳串燒選擇都幾多,價錢都唔貴,老闆話除左大東北燒法,仲有日式同台灣嘅燒法,睇得出老闆對串燒的認真態度。我們點了:燒花甲($78):冇諗過花甲咁大粒,脹卜卜,非常鮮味,冇沙,而且份量亦多,底部金菇索滿湯汁,又帶微辣,真係好惹味原條茄子($48):茄子好大條,而且燒到好林,好易就離到肉,調味非常美味,蒜蓉又香口煙肉蕃茄($25):煙肉脆而不乾,蕃茄juicy,同煙肉真係好夾京蔥豬頸肉($35):大大粒京蔥好香口,豬頸肉油脂亦都好香羊腩粒($48):類似排骨嘅部位,羊味唔氈,帶孜然粉味雞肉串($22):雞肉嫩滑,燒得很香雞中翼($28):唔同平常串燒店咁會切開雞翼來燒,咁樣就更能令雞肉juicy,而且皮燒得好香脆,雞翼亦都好大隻燒飯團($28):成日食出邊好多燒飯團都好乾,呢度唔會,而且燒完仲保留到飯嘅黏性,調味又啱啱好,紫菜亦都脆口呢間餐廳串燒真係非常出色,而家環境亦都坐得舒適,朋友走嘅時候已經話下次再黎食多次了。
