To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友住深水埗，聽佢講成日會嚟食呢間餐廳車仔麵，食完真係有驚喜。無論係 餸．湯底同麵底．小食 都好多選擇呢排啲菜太貴，出街食飯都會加返兩條菜。🥬韮菜同生菜都好新鮮嫩綠。滷水豬大腸夠入味牛筋好淋好滑，口感好好就連好普通嘅蘿蔔都超甜，超好味加少少辣菜脯，好惹味，愛辣嘅一定喜歡再加多碗香辣豬紅，加上辣椒同蒜，令味道又香又惹味，仲有韮菜墊底添。總括嚟講食物質數，真係好食過出面連鎖粉麵，幾時都係小店製作最用心👍🏻
