To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前喺上環返工都唔知道原來有一間好食嘅omakase🙈朋友介紹,所以今日就過嚟食lunch,店舖唔係好大,估唔到都幾多人食,所以最好book定位。我同朋友今日叫咗11貫,食材都好新鮮廚師好用心💫✨愛媛縣膠原蛋白鯛加咗少少竹炭鹽喺上面調味, 口感偏向膠原重嘅感覺幾特別。✨北海道蜜烏賊✨北海道間白魚✨岩手縣赤貝非常爽口。✨大分縣深海池魚✨長崎縣嘅池魚仔✨兵庫縣甜蝦✨北海道銀鱈魚火灸過之後油香感比較重,我鍾意。✨北海道馬糞海膽師傅一啲都唔吝嗇,放咗好多海膽俾我哋,而且海膽都新鮮。✨醬油漬赤身加上薑蔥,好有日本嘅味道。✨大吞拿魚腩✨香蔥吞拿魚卷又係落咗好多香蔥吞拿魚,啖啖都好豐富。最後仲有菠蘿或者開心果雪糕揀🍦
