今日來到銅鑼灣的tapa room。第一次嘗試以吃西班牙tapas為主的餐廳。tapas種類選擇多,有冷盤、亦有熱盤。我們選擇了香煎鵝肝、薯仔蛋餅、炸黑毛豬火腿球、烤紅蝦,飲品方面則點了無酒精的virgin sangria。店員非常細心主理每一碟的tapas。薯仔蛋餅軟滑,加上薯仔粒,切開流心,與鋪面頭的沙律醬一起,味道非常配搭。黑毛豬火腿球外脆內軟,炸球包裹著濃濃的芝士醬。紅蝦非常新鮮,每隻都大大隻而且充滿蝦膏,烤得咸香惹味。至於鵝肝煎得香口,鵝油滿溢,配上香脆的多士和紅酒梨片,口感豐富之餘,齒頰留香,值得推薦。 飲品方面,sangria酸酸甜甜,非常開胃,亦充滿果香。
