即將日本遊,出發前先相約剛去完日本的朋友取經,雖然他去了宮崎和鹿兒島,而我是去東京,大家去的區域不同,但向他了解下買車券和JR pass、問下有咩實用APP,為旅行作好準備,再看看他的旅行相,未出發先興奮。揀了街巷的小店商討 "大事",諗住靜靜地,點知越坐越熱鬧,但也坐得挺舒適自在。小店分內外兩個用膳區,外面有兩三張木枱藤椅,雖天氣熱一點,但抖抖氣也不錯。走進內裏,四處的擺設挺特別,有古老的電話亭、古式的士兵公仔、老爺車模型、木結他、古老單車和相機等,滿有外國的懷舊色彩,裝潢富心思。小店座位不多,約有六七張二至四人枱,枱與枱之間空間較小,大家要坐得親密一點。看看長形的餐牌,底面兩版,有沙律、頭盤、薄餅、意粉、意大利飯、主菜和小食,另外還有一份飲餐品menu,選擇不算多。我看中魚類菜式,而友人就揀了意粉,同樣可+$38變成套餐,有餐湯和沙律,一於齊齊變套餐。******************************先上是日餐湯 Daily Soup, 為粟米湯,碗邊灑上香草,亦擺放了鮮紅的車厘茄片、青綠的菜葉、深紫花瓣和鮮黃的小花碎,色彩豐富,悉心擺設,很美!呷一口,只是微暖,熱度不足

先上是日餐湯 Daily Soup, 為粟米湯,碗邊灑上香草,亦擺放了鮮紅的車厘茄片、青綠的菜葉、深紫花瓣和鮮黃的小花碎,色彩豐富,悉心擺設,很美!呷一口,只是微暖,熱度不足!除了有不少甜美的原粒粟米 外,還有啖啖粟米渣,有些特別.....喜歡它沒有加入大量忌廉,飲落清新,亦高纖維,感覺挺健康。

是日沙律 Salad是醋汁沙律,新鮮清爽的雜沙律菜 拌入酸咪咪的醋汁,份量合宜,開胃神醒,亦灑上一些鹹香的芝士碎,還有半粒清甜的車厘茄 和爆汁的橘子肉,配搭雖簡單,但味道不俗。

兩件鱸魚柳 大小厚度中等,魚皮煎得很香脆,潔白的肉質也算嫩口,可惜調味過於重手,味道略為偏鹹,蓋過魚香,美中不足。

嘩!這道半生熟帶子.鮮茄扁意粉 Signature Medium rare scallops Linguine in tomato sauce ($138)賣相同樣很美,擺設富藝術感,未吃已先令人喜悅。意粉 捲在一起,頂頭舖了四粒半生熟帶子,而每隻帶子旁邊也伴上花瓣、菜葉、芝士碎,挺有心思。

扁意粉 煮得合時,有嚼勁,醬汁 沾滿在意粉上,亦加入不少鮮茄肉,很鮮活,酸咪咪的味道令人越食越開胃。帶子 每隻都挺肥大,經稍稍香煎,半生熟狀做剛好,肉質保持柔軟鮮嫩,不錯!

看每道擺設精美的菜式,猶如一幅畫,可見大廚的用心;又看店子特式的裝潢,也見店主的用心,若然再在菜式味道上鑽研一下,必定更加吸引。
