今日係尖沙咀收工之後想搵間餐廳打邊爐,見到哩間餐廳比較近,而且好似幾有特色,所以就入去試下。餐廳係行80年代懷舊香港風格,重現左好多舊時香港既場景,好岩打卡影相📸️醬料就需要行去出面拎,餐牌上面都有好多火鍋配料可以選擇。🎈櫻花蝦沙嗲湯底🥣 $138🦐蝦味好濃郁,味香微辣,唔會太鹹,仲有好濃既花生味,好適合配肉類食物,超入味。🎈小食:炸乳鴿 $68乳鴿外皮勁香脆,肉質嫩滑,另外配有淮鹽同醬料,加上少少淮鹽一齊食係我覺得最好食既食法😋🎈豬潤 $68豬潤好大塊同新鮮,顏色鮮紅。🎈萵筍 $38萵筍爽脆清甜,吸收曬湯汁既味道,就算唔小心煮耐左都仍然保持爽脆。🎈蜂巢豆腐 $28哩個豆腐最正係索曬啲湯汁,所以食落去一啲都唔會乾,而且大大舊,有口感。🎈阿肥牛皇拼盤(黑柏葉、手切肥牛、安格斯牛肉,穀飼牛柳粒)$388哩個係超正推介👍🏻-黑柏葉好大塊,煮完都唔會縮太多水,爽口彈牙,夠新鮮,而且黑柏葉冇漂白過,夠天然。-手切肥牛厚切,牛味好濃,手切既關係會更有咬口,比較少脂肪。-穀飼牛柳粒牛味最濃,最有牛香,食落勁似燒肉既牛肉粒同日本居酒屋既串燒牛肉,有少少入口半溶,值得推介。-安格斯牛肉牛肉紋理好靚,係雪花

🌟除左茶位、醬料、小食、牛肉之外,其他食物全部都做緊六折!


整體黎講,哩間餐廳既食材真係非常新鮮,而且餐廳環境有特色,仲要播住啲懷舊金曲,都真係幾有feel,如果想打高質邊爐既話,真係可以試下。
