To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這區好吃的餐廳得不多,這是其中一家。比較多是到這餐廳吃早餐,以往最愛吃的是午餐肉雜菌番茄湯扁意粉和午餐肉雞蛋三文治,那厚切午餐肉口感好味道佳,可是現在店家已轉用另一種午餐肉,口感欠佳,所以這天改了點香腸雜菌番茄湯扁意粉和火腿雞蛋三文治。番茄湯依然香濃,雜菌仍然好吃,可是香腸的肉質太軟,口感欠佳。這兒的三文治是烘底的,而且很大份,這份腿蛋治好吃。如果店家重用以前的午餐肉,那就好吃得多了,可惜物價高漲,我估計這可能性應該不大。
