上星期约左幾個friend去嘆下火鍋，有朋友就介紹去銅鑼灣百樂中心嘅“尚鮮”，因為佢地用料新鲜且貨真價實，蟲草花花膠湯，補而不燥，花膠好有頭，而湯不油不膩豬天梯非常爽口，處理得好，無雜味。海鲜併盤，有象拔蚌，非常新鮮，爽口彈牙；仲有中蝦，蝦肉晶瑩通透，非常鮮味。所有火鍋食材都非常新鲜，且用料上乘，所以值得推介俾各位
