香港人真係好鍾意打邊爐烚吓烚吓,我自己都唔例外!最近知道旺角726新開咗尼間食雞煲+火鍋店,點可以唔嚟試吓。第一眼見到尼間嘢個名叫「吞POT」,即刻有少少罪惡感 雞煲有4款比你揀,分別係花雕藥膳雞煲、米酒雞煲、胡椒豬肚雞煲同重慶麻辣雞煲,四款一律同價都係$118(半隻) / $198(全隻)。我女人唔太好酒煮,而我就唔太好麻辣,所以就揀咗胡椒豬肚雞鍋。醬料費本身每位收$10,新張期內免收最初頭覺得好似無乜胡椒味,滾多一陣收咁啲汁,胡椒味就出了。雞件唔會斬到太細,唔會煲到縮晒水無肉食。另一重點係豬肚唔會有臭味,食到胡椒味但又唔會好搶,調教得啱啱好。我地兩個人只係叫咗半隻雞份量,當然有原因啦,要留肚打邊爐吖嘛!!食完雞煲,梗係食住上打埋邊爐先過癮啦叫咗頂級肥牛、海中蝦、桂花蚌、自家炸響鈴同手打墨丸。打邊邊又點少得肥牛呢!而家新張期間,仲有$1碟美國雪花肥牛益街坊雖然份量會比正價order嘅細少少,但點計都so啦!而頂級手切肥牛份量唔算多,但勝在油脂部份比例上唔會過多,分佈亦算平均,入口牛味亦濃。海中蝦用竹簽串住咗,上枱嗰陣都仲係咁郁緊㗎,勁生猛桂花蚌好爽口鮮甜,記得唔好淥咁耐,20秒左右
