Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肉丸粥, Come On! D肉丸係落左蝦膠打, 好彈口, 廿幾蚊, 超值! 蠔仔粥好鮮味, 配料都好正宗, 正!鹹魚雞粒炒飯, 雖然係用新鮮飯, 但係都炒得夠乾身, 軟奀適中, 而且無碟底油浸浸, 可見廚房師傅好手藝, 而且控制火溫洽當O 八珍豆腐煲, 西檸雞和生炒骨都幾好O 總括來講, 真係做到夠鑊氣, 廚房好功力O地方真係好細, 晚飯時間, 要等好耐O 部電視太細, 又收得唔清, 不如關上或拆走啦!
