To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. BUGIS去鑽石山行完街食中午飯，本來想直接入去老趙，但睇完openrice話鑽石山哩間吾掂，再查，只有莆田同BUGIS比較好；行到門口，覺得BUGIS 比較多人，決定入去。叫了兩個無骨海南雞飯套餐同埋春捲無骨海南雞飯～雞不算好黃，食落都皮厚而爽，肉不算太滑，中上吧！個湯好甜，希望是浸雞的湯就好，雞油飯不油，沒有味道。整體來說比佐敦的柏檔還要差好多啊！～奶茶茶味是比較濃，但不香不滑。～羅漢果茶應該是沖出來的把。最後春捲沒有到，原來是漏單。

無骨海南雞飯
～雞不算好黃，食落都皮厚而爽，肉不算太滑，中上吧！個湯好甜，希望是浸雞的湯就好，雞油飯不油，沒有味道。整體來說比佐敦的柏檔還要差好多啊！

～奶茶茶味是比較濃，但不香不滑。
～羅漢果茶應該是沖出來的把。

最後春捲沒有到，原來是漏單。
