老公生日,冇左個日本trip ,不如用味蕾去感受下當去左轉日本😂聽講呢間餐廳的sukiyaki 係幾正宗,今次係我第一次食sukiyaki ,呢方面我就comment唔到,不過老公之前在日本食過,話呢度都相當唔錯。餐廳面積都幾細,得4-5張細枱同一張bar枱,所以一定要book枱,想食sukiyaki 的朋友在book枱時要講定係食sukiyaki,因為要預返個師傅serve你🌸要來個前菜,係用一d酸酸甜甜的醬汁整成啫喱,鋪在煮得好淋的茄子上,都幾開胃之後茶碗蒸,蒸蛋香滑,味道ok 👌🏻之後師傅會介紹今日食牛的不同部位(A4和牛有牛肩和西冷...)每人有4塊💗再比你一細碗飯,可以無限追加,不過師傅會提你留肚食最後的滑蛋牛肉飯師傅先煮一塊牛比你,建議不點蛋汁先試個原味。牛肉入口即化,滿口油香,好好食😋送一口白飯,不得了😍會唔小心食多兩啖飯食完一塊肉,師傅再煮d菜、豆腐比你每個牛的部份口感同脂香感不一,總之一定唔會令人失望😋😋最後師傅在你面前煮埋個滑蛋牛肉飯,已經非常飽的我食下食下又清哂成碗,配埋麵豉湯,好似個mini定食咁😛好飽但係回味無窮最後一個綠茶雪糕同咖啡,完美的作結❤️問過職員晚餐

問過職員晚餐同午餐menu有咩分別,其實差不多,多左一款牛,價錢都係貴ard $100 。
另有廚師發板,呢個下次有機會都想試試😍
