To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我和太太17:55入座,開始睇餐牌就有職員問食乜?我話睇睇先,跟住17:58落單兩碟飲及兩杯飲品,我食得比較快約18:15完,太太比我遲5分鐘食完,跟住就有一名職員在我身邊講58分之後自己計數順便收走兩碟食完嘅飯,我望一望張單原來有落單時間,我便知佢想知我夠時間走未,不過見佢無後續我便當無事,跟住過兩分鐘另有一位職員攞住我杯飲品問係咪唔要?我話未飲完佢就行開咗,跟住再過三分鐘又另一位職員攞住我杯飲品問係咪飲完,我直接話未佢就好無引咁行開,再過兩分鐘第三位職員又嚟攞住我杯飲品,我就話食餐飯半個鐘都未夠唔洗咁趕客呀,佢話唔係,係見……,佢都知衰唔再出聲,跟住就再無職員過來關心我杯飲品,最後我全程用咗29分食完一餐晚餐比錢離開。食物味道一般,叫做食得飽又唔太差,雞份量係夠,但無驚喜,但職員態度咁就唔會再幫襯,亦唔會推介比朋友,我知現時香港飲食業經營困難,有客當然想做多啲生意,但都要合理架。
