To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由佐敦店一直買牛角包買到嚟荃灣品質依然超晒班牛角包就例牌買的，最鍾意佢勁脆，又夠香今次再買埋海鹽焦糖果仁撻首先撻面鋪滿晒果仁已經夠晒“吸睛”，所以買嚟試吓😆咬第一口，食到撻邊為主好香牛油味的餅皮雖然上面係充滿焦糖醬同埋果仁但個餅皮都冇“軟淋淋”，仲係硬身，脆的果仁都仲係脆的😂總之成個撻都冇“淋”到食落唔算好甜，海鹽亦中和甜味+帶出焦糖味的層次$38係值呢個價最後想讚吓包住撻果張紙店員包到個撻好好，冇果仁跌出撻皮外之餘食果時就算捉實個撻嚟食，d焦糖醬都唔會沾上張紙食撻最怕食到好輪盡好“呢hae”，有張紙包住又唔會沾醬到周圍都係，食都食得開心d 👍
