To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人搬入元朗感覺上好遙遠、今日終於的起心肝走入去拜訪順道行下。原來由中環坐巴士到元朗只40分鐘左右、非常方便。將距離拉近了。参觀完新居、友人請客帶我們去了間日式料理、門外己感覺到日式傳统氣派。店子不大、壽司吧枱只坐10人、另兩張4人枱。壽司師傅在吧枱中間全神貫注做壽司、客人亦專注師傅的功架。不時聽到師傅和客人互動聊天、悠閒的感覺。散點太麻煩了、我們選了厨師發辨。所謂不時不食、要食到最好。前菜兩款海哲青瓜青瓜醃製過後、酸酸咪咪、沾上了粒粒芝麻有香口感。海哲爽口彈牙、不錯!油浸雜菜算是清淡、可清清味蕾。剌身四款鰻魚苗晶瑩剔透的鰻魚苗、滑溜溜的、不經意地滑入喉嚨、來不及細嚼味道已吃清了。鱈魚白子白雪雪的白子、入口即溶感覺。深海池魚味道清淡帶鮮、加數朵紫蘇花同吃、花的獨特香氣散發在魚內、味道高雅。炸帶子金黄酥香的外表、襯托內裡軟熟鮮甜的帶子、再包裹爽脆的紫菜、層次豐富。壽司六款大拖羅、左口魚、金目鯛、蝦、海膽和魚籽材料新鮮鮮味。用了江户式做法、飯是用了赤醋調過、非常美味。只可惜每件握得比較鬆散、欠缺完美。手卷一款葱吞拿魚手卷肥美的吞拿魚碎加入大量葱粒、滋味無窮。黑松露蒸疍疍味香濃幼滑、伴以黑松
