法國生蠔新鮮、肥美;帶子位爽脆清甜,海水味、蠔味同鮮甜味都好平均,仲有回甘。可惜唔記得咗個蠔叫咩名。喺去到餐廳介紹我哋食嘅,價錢亦合理(因為做緊買2送1優惠,為起上嚟3-40蚊一隻咁上下)。前菜個鵝肝唔錯,值一得一贊嘅喺佢連鵝肝下面果塊多士都好鬆脆,食得出餐廳嘅認真同誠意。跟住上嘅黑松露雜菌湯亦好好味,香濃嘅黑松露氣味其實由一踏入餐廳時已經聞到。湯身濃滑,黑松靈同雜菌香氣撲鼻,加埋個忌廉湯底簡直一試難忘。主菜帶子意大利飯及牛扒都好好味。Confit duck就未必人人接受到,因為油浸鴨本身喺用鴨自己嘅油去煮返隻鴨,本質上喺比較油嘅一道菜。但呢度嘅油浸鴨唔會過咸,而煮到出嚟唔會太油,乾身得嚟但仲保留到鴨嘅肉汁,可見廚師喺有真功夫同技術的。這間餐廳絕對值一得推介俾身邊朋友一試。
