牛肋條來自巴西,五十八蚊就已經有1kg,真係非常抵食仲有黎自不同國家既和牛西班牙黑毛豬竟然係賣緊二十八蚊兩塊,呢個價錢可以係邊度搵呢度仲有酒同唔同既罐頭小食老闆仲好好咁俾我試食左幾條,果然肉質滑流,一d都唔腥,d油就係橄欖油,真係同平時食開既唔同,友人本來都唔鍾意食,結果忍唔住都買左兩罐,而家仲做緊五十蚊兩罐老闆仲話買夠六百蚊就邊度都送,佢話遠至長洲都送添最後我買左可以解凍後就生食既帶子兩隻龍蝦尾我先起龍蝦肉,再將龍蝦肉斬件,用九菜花炒勻便可而龍蝦殼再落鍋爆香,再將龍蝦殼同冬瓜粒,蟹柳絲、帶子粒滾湯,咁就可以極鮮味既海鮮湯啦而帶子我分別試左解凍生食,當然就鮮甜極至同落鑊微煎既方法外層輕煎至金黃色,內裏仍帶少少生既感覺
