To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由牛池灣街市到新蒲崗

店名喜玩文字，因此多年前去牛池灣街市外墟已留意。那時會買其推出舖外售賣的一盒盒幾款水餃生料，件頭比平常大三分之一。另特別喜愛冷盤泰式沙葛，爽爽甜甜好醒胃，似乎只此這家這菜，當時老闆說是夏天限定，因此現見牆上寫停售。原來搬了來仁愛街，舖面比以前稍大少許，一樣掛了舊舖獅子山下情懷的照片，一樣喜播九十年代粵語國語歌。我也一樣來碗豬油渣麵，咦，有豬雜，因此來個雙拼河多青。豬雜清洗乾淨，有粉腸x2、豬腰一大瓣𠝹了井字刀痕（𠝹的痕使其夠熟又不失彈牙）、豬膶x2大片（剛好燙熟沒血水，因此保留爽口）豬肚x2大片（煮的有點過了時間，肚皮呈深啡變硬）。豬油渣5-6條依然夠脆。有別於一般粉麵舖，除沙葛冷盤外，還有售幾款自製涼茶，銀菊薏米少甜，解渴夠潤。特價的南乳豬手飯豬手夠腍。見圖可能以為份量很少，但對應價錢，其實抵食。總數過了一百元還打了個88折……
