To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

竹麵館今日森仔收工好累😔所以就係屋企附近搵左間麵館醫下肚後,就盡快上床瞓覺。竟然搵到一間隱世麵店:竹麵館😎佢位於新蒲崗一位橫街內,所以唔係街坊真係未必知😝餐廳🍴環境如一般茶餐廳或麵館🍴一樣行懷舊親民路線。連價錢都係親民價🤩🤩森仔當日叫左鮑汁冬菇花膠撈粗套餐加多個柱候牛筋😆🥇鮑汁冬菇花膠撈河套餐$56呢個餐真係世一👍🏻👍🏻佢個鮑汁冬菇花膠撈河,分開兩份上枱,仲要大大份!先講鮑汁冬菇花膠,真係炆到好稔身,滿滿的骨膠原😝鮑汁味濃烈,配上花膠和冬茹,個醬汁撈飯超正🤩而重點嘅花膠亦唔會細細件或者溶左,有口感!另外,個撈河份量仲好似多過湯河🤣老細仲好細心問,駛唔駛比埋蠔油撈!套餐仲包埋腐乳通菜🤓惹味腐乳配上通菜,無得頂!🥈柱候牛筋$75整碟份量幾多重點係個牛筋炆得夠稔身,又夠入味!絕對值得再叫!最後,都一定要提佢個自家製飲品:銀菊薏米😍清涼解渴,仲有下火清熱氣之用😝啱晒森仔用黎降火❤️整體來講,竹麵館真係有驚喜,抵食之選!

其實無耐前至介紹過呢間餐廳 嘅太子分店,早幾日我哋又去咗佢嘅新蒲崗分店🤭 因為佢啲嘢又真係又平又好食😌花膠二人套餐 $118鮑汁冬菇花膠可以揀配飯/粉麵,我哋就揀咗配幼麵,鮑汁味道濃郁,花膠夠多又夠膠,冬菇又炆到好入味,成個餸送飯一流🤪咖喱牛腩飯佢個咖喱汁又係世一,係細細個食茶餐廳嘅咖喱汁味,又係咖喱汁撈飯嘅時候,唔會好辣,但超級惹味,牛腩都炆到好腍,又係一個撈飯良品🤣脆炸香茅雞翼 拼墨魚餅其實墨魚餅都幾出色,但係個雞翼實在係大癲‼️生炸雞翼個外層係爆炸咁酥脆,咬落去肉汁爆曬出嚟,啖啖肉,香茅味夠哂出,應該係暫時食過最好食嘅香茅雞翼😍腐乳通菜通菜好新鮮,口感爽脆,腐乳係細個食嗰種味道🥹跟餐仲有兩杯飲品,冷熱同價😙脆炸鮮奶卷 $34呢個真係每次嚟食嘅必點!上次喺太子店食完之後已經返唔到轉頭,佢個外皮一樣酥鬆脆,而且鮮奶都係擠滿係入面,奶香奶香❤️ 又唔甜嗰吓癲🤪呢間小店嘅出品係有屬於佢自己嘅味道,要留得住客人一定要有嘅原素,佢就好成功咁留住咗我哋,去太子同新蒲崗一定會記起佢😚 你哋快啲去試吓🤪

喺新蒲崗Mikiki隔離,一間裝修傳統嘅潮州食店,除咗有好食嘅粉麵、小菜,仲有吸引街坊熟客嘅人情味🥰。舖頭嘅年輕店員熱情親切,而且處理唔同菜式嘅手藝都好好🧑🏻🍳!.🍜油渣麵($29)配埋上海麵最夾!豬油渣脆卜卜,係湯裏面都仍然保持脆口🫦,配埋上海麵粗身有咬口嘅質地,仲有冬菇等配料,食落口感好好又夠香口😋。.🐷薑蔥豬雜河($36)味道好潮式!豬雜每一片夠厚切,食落滿足😆。本身嘅香味,配埋辣椒豉油吊味,真係好正🤤。.🪿淨白灼鵝腸($45)嚟呢度必試!淨鵝腸份量好多,share食都好滿足💕。而且處理得好好,鵝腸超級爽脆,口感爽口又唔會粉👍🏻。而且同辣椒豉油超級夾,配埋一齊超惹味。.🎏脆炸鮮鯪魚球($34)大大粒夠香口!份量真心夠厚,食落好感受到鯪魚滑嘅彈牙🌟。而且裏面嘅魚香味,配埋濃濃嘅蜆蚧醃製、酒香味😝,味道夠晒鹹香。.🐟鮑汁冬菇花膠呢度嘅長期受歡迎菜!好多街坊過嚟就係為咗食呢度嘅大大份、平價花膠😍。花膠同冬菇都大大嚿,鮑汁炆得超級入味,口感彈牙多汁💦。.🍵清心火涼茶舖頭自家熬製嘅清熱涼茶,飲落清甜👅,涼茶味唔會太澀。.🌼銀菊薏米涼茶菊花味好出,甜香嘅味道好易入口💐。好夾呢一餐嘅嘢食!
