由以前係街嘅地舖,食到搬過黎熟食中心,真係真心由細食到大嘅牛腩店。老闆一家三口都會係鋪頭幫手,老闆娘都認得我地,去到都會打聲招呼。平時會有牛腩粉食,今次我地一家人去食夜晚嘅牛腩煲,記住要訂架!首先有滑雞,因為大家太肚餓冇影到相,不過真係超滑!湯都係牛腩湯底,飲埋都唔怕。另一味雞係蒸雞,有蟲草花、紅棗,味道濃過滑雞,個人就鍾意哩個多d。食完雞就到重頭戲 - 牛腩煲啦!我地多人叫左兩個大牛腩煲,未叫火鍋料,本身個煲入面已經有粟米、牛腩、白蘿蔔,仲附送一籃生菜。滾起左飲啖湯先!好味好味好味!飲落好舒服,會好想繼續飲,唔會好重味精味,牛腩就要滾耐d先淋。每次必叫嘅料有豬潤同粉腸,兩個都係超大舊,豬潤可以淥到啱啱好,夠厚身。今次咁啱冇晒粉腸,下次再叫。到粉麵,又冇我地平時叫開嘅河粉,不過!老闆介紹我地試米粉,竟然!好味過河粉!米粉質地係有咬口,一d都唔淋,加埋入味嘅蘿蔔,仲要冇渣架,正。
