To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我的吃貨朋友知道我鐘意包既程度去到一日三餐都可以食包，就介紹左呢間麵包店比我🤣 店內麵包款色多及創新，仲標榜不加添加劑及漂白成分。松露超級蘑菇($23)一切開麵包未入口已經聞到超香既黑松露味! 麵包軟熟，內餡係香濃既黑松露忌廉芝士同粒粒蘑菇，非常豐富，食完一個已經好飽。Oero 雲石($19)店員話雪櫃拎岀黎十分鐘令忌廉變軟先好食。Oreo忌廉香滑，仲有Oero碎同黑朱古力粒，點會唔好食呢🤣不過麵包雪完比較硬，口感冇咁好😢雜莓Bagel ($24)Bagel 煙韌，好足料舖滿雜莓醬同乾果，但個人認為果醬太酸，同埋bagel質感可以更綿密。店內既牛角包係師傅用左半年去研發，據説酥脆有足廿五層，而且有澎湃既流心餡😯 鐘意食牛角包既朋友要去試下喇！
