今晚老公話等我補完新車牌鐘出銅鑼灣食野, 就喺老師drop off我嘅天后隔離....嘅大坑, 地鐵站過馬路行幾分鐘就到了! 原來餐廳位處一間Service Apartment一樓, 有專用𨋢, 甫踏出𨋢門已感覺好有情調, 未到食飯嘅時間已見到Balcony有幾枱飲緊cocktail好chill咁.>Special Oyster Set (HKD178)我地坐左圓枱, 好有空間感, server介紹個Special promotion: 就係HKD178有四隻生蠔+兩杯Chardonnay🥂, 自認生蠔控同埋嘆盡飛機上嘅靚白酒嘅我😌唔是唔來一set吧! 來自智利🇨🇱嘅Chardonnay好易入口, 好啱pair生蠔, 四隻新鮮生蠔唧幾滴檸檬🍋汁加幾滴醋非常鮮嫩. 未食野之前實在要黎返個抵食Oyster set. >Blistered Spanish Red Prawn in Sake and Sesame Oil (HKD188)大隻西班牙紅蝦新鮮端出, 唔係放枱面而是隔離開個架放托盤上. 原來係即刻開火槍燒呢(即刻錄IG Story🤣). 燒左一定時間就放喺預備好碗

大隻西班牙紅蝦新鮮端出, 唔係放枱面而是隔離開個架放托盤上. 原來係即刻開火槍燒呢(即刻錄IG Story🤣). 燒左一定時間就放喺預備好碗日本米上, server教我地按哂蝦頭嘅汁滲入日本米先食係最美味的, 因為用左日本清酒, 香草同麻油整, 勁提鮮, 一㩒蝦頭, 驚喜勁多汁滲哂入日本米, 而紅蝦蝦身肉質鮮甜到我地秒清左成碟.

煎鵝肝其實好難handle得好, li個鵝肝實在邪惡🤤, 放薄片麵包上嘅鵝肝煎得完完整整, 每一啖都充滿鵝肝油香, 入口即溶; 吃時一定要一口鵝肝一口梨OR香梨嘅puree, 好肯定個梨以紅酒煮過, 加上以意大利🇮🇹陣年葡萄🍇醋drizzle煎鵝肝表面, 味道100分.

老公說肚餓到一隻牛都食得落, 就食個重量級(成500g)嘅Striploin吧. 來自美國嘅Organic Striploin屬於牛前腰脊肉嘅部位, 以炭火燒到我地request嘅Medium 五成熟. 見到燒到外脆肉嫩已經食指大動, 點一點芥末然後切一口, 好易切並無切唔斷嘅筋勁高質呢!! 咬落完全係外層滿滿酥脆感, 肉質鮮嫩到極致, 每塊肉嘅油花分佈非常均勻, 雖然真係好大份但停唔到口, 連最邊邊嗰切較多肥膏都無放過🤣, 充滿木炭香同油香, so far食過係煎得最perfect的牛扒👍🏻.

賣相吸Like嘅海膽意粉❤️My Fav❤️, 濃濃嘅海膽汁用了大量海膽煮成, 意粉口感Al Dente, 唔只啖啖都係海膽味道, 而係佈滿海膽肉, 粒粒穿梭其中嘅飛魚子大大增加口感, 而茴香泡沫我感覺佢特別嘅味道令整體無咁heavy, 一路食感覺大廚對食材超講究係不時不食嘅fd, 而且毫不吝嗇採用高質食材烹調, 難怪樣樣都咁正.

以真空方法處理過嘅士多啤利🍓口感實淨好多, 但味道更加intense, 第一次食mascarpone yogurt, OMG細滑到一個點, 香濃mascarpone+greek yogurt搭配士多啤利🍓, 開心果碎, 牛油麵粉比例perfect嘅crumble, 食落零heavy感, li個dessert就算飽了, 都要召喚甜品胃出來.

Server勁有耐性, 完全熟悉整個menu, 燒完紅蝦之後簡單介紹食法, 非常attentive, 食哂main course主動問我地要不要dessert menu, 多得佢問一問先食到好味dessert呢, 以價錢, 食物, 服務, 環境黎講, 合哂有要求嘅人黎慶祝特別occasion嘅合尺(何車), 推介🤩!
