Restaurant: Chung's House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 數碼港停車場多充電位,泊車又有優惠。所以假日泊好架車去鍾菜館歎下茶都係一件樂事。鍾菜館環境古色古香,座位闊落,唔會好似一般酒樓咁人多就會好嘈。平日食飯時間比較多人外,假日會疏落啲。座位旁邊放置左個自動沖茶機,有加水、煲水功能,掃描QR碼就可以自助點餐,所以基本上咩都自己嚟,唔需要客服。我好少飲普洱,因為好多酒樓嗰啲都會好苦澀。但呢度啲普洱反而我好鍾意飲,唔澀,有茶味。點心如牛肉球內有馬蹄,食落爽口;黑毛豬叉燒腸啲叉燒好味,但如果個粉皮薄啲更好。大部分點心都整得唔錯,價錢唔太貴。陳皮炒河粉就覺得又貴又唔值,無肉,可能貴在啲陳皮絲,不過食到啲係陳皮嘅苦味而唔係甘味。雞白杏仁茶就好正,好香杏仁味,甜味適中。整體嚟講呢度係中午歎茶嘅好地方。
