To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老婆仔抱恙的一天,獨自留在家中休息,所以只得自己獨個兒外出吃飯,就在附近的「大家樂」飯堂,享受一頓男人的浪漫。不錯!這餐「切雞燒鴨飯」,我覺得是挺浪漫的,除了兩棵好像微型大樹的小棠菜外,這飯就只得雞鴨戀,啖啖是肉,絕對是賣肉之選,比「豆腐火腩飯」尤有過之。其實,為甚麼只得「豆腐火腩飯」才被稱為男人的浪漫呢?「涼瓜斑腩飯」可以嗎?「豉椒排骨飯」又可不可以?「叉雞飯」呢?「燒肉鵝飯」呢?是否也可以被稱為男人的浪漫?說實在的,這飯是可以的,切雞是髀位,肉質較滑是應該的,燒鴨也肉多骨少,肉質及格不粗糙,也有點味道,就只是淋上豉油汁的白飯始終較為乾硬,是最差的一環。才三十來塊錢,換來一碟燒臘碟頭飯,再加杯濃味港式「熱奶茶」,還能苛求甚麼呢!
