To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完電腦商場，就喺附近搵間茶餐廳食下，好耐都冇食過茶餐廳，唔係因為太貴，就係因為扮懷舊扮冰室。呢間以前都有食開，水準都keep得好。干炒豬扒一丁去到茶餐廳就梗係要食炒出前一丁啦，炒一丁就最試到廚師真功夫，配埋豬扒啱哂。份量啱啱好，唔會太細份又唔會太大，豬扒唔韌！ 仲炒得好香添，推介想食炒一丁嘅可以去試吓。吞拿魚三文治下午茶餐由於朋友唔係好肚餓，所以食份三文治餐，吞拿魚三文治都唔錯，沙律都幾好味。吞拿魚同沙律醬撈埋一齊食又幾新鮮。順帶一提，佢啲碗碟洗得好乾淨，可以睇吓凍檸水個杯，啲餐具唔會黃咁咁，食都食得放心啲。

吞拿魚三文治下午茶餐
由於朋友唔係好肚餓，所以食份三文治餐，吞拿魚三文治都唔錯，沙律都幾好味。吞拿魚同沙律醬撈埋一齊食又幾新鮮。
