To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人在貴公司石蔭分店購買午餐,已對收銀職員說了兩次外賣拿走,可惜職員仍聽不到,到最後我再表明我是需要外賣,才叫我對負責出餐的職員說改回外賣. 可惜,這時負責出餐的職員(男經理)在收到本人說需要改回外賣時,多次言語上的抱怨,對廚房說 "唔知點解個客走埋黎話轉外賣",對水吧說"個客話依家要攞走", 在整個出餐過程中我看到的是不斷抱怨本人為何要轉外賣, 我明白負責樓面的同事壓力很大,但有必要要把抱怨說話當面說給客人聽嗎? 再者,這件事上本人已是多次對收銀說外賣,該職員聽不到,我亦沒有意見,只是該職員如此語言及態度令本人十分不滿,亦考慮暫時不光顧這間分店,希望貴公司能正視處理。
