To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係我成世人第二次寫食評 ,冇諗過會係一間常常光顧的餐廳發生。 氣憤莫名的感覺真係唔寫唔得。 十二點多和女兒前往吃午餐沒有卡位 ,被安排到廚房門口員工的單邊卡,因當時 拿著兩個大袋, 唔夠位所以要求再等卡位 。好啦等咗十分鐘都冇佢亦同我講卡位係唔畀兩個人坐,ok就死死地坐返喺單邊卡。 跟住問題就嚟啦, 叫個牛扒午餐話跟飯 佢就同我悔氣講:"本身就係加飯㗎啦", 再叫過"炸魚柳蛋包飯" 點知全部都係半生米食咗啖真係哽唔落 ,同服務員講,佢 攞咗碟飯出去,又攞返嚟話畀個啲白飯我, 跟住退返碟生米飯喺我枱面, 過了十五分鐘 ,熟飯仲未到,再我好忍追佢 ,服務員就好負氣同廚房講炒返碟飯畀我, 原來呢十五分鐘都係我以為佢哋做緊嘢的。 嗰陣時火都嚟 同佢講 算啦取消, 之後 服務員說同我取消過生米飯餐 ,攞返咗張嚟原來又係冇扣錢,再同佢講,佢馬上拎走張單,仲跟手拎走我原有杯餐茶馬上倒咗佢.我食咗呢間意樂好多年 ,尤其佢啲下午茶品質唔錯性比價高 ,老遠都行過嚟吃。 點知呢次嘅經驗令到我 嘅底線去到新低點。希望貴餐廳生意蒸蒸日上, 不過我哋幫你唔到啦 ~
