To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看看最近疫情的走勢,似乎去旅行嘅機會又歸零,繼續留港消費吧。依家名店,家人話一世人點都要嚟食一次。 (話口未完,政府又收緊防疫措施了,好在昨天晚上試左)唔知道喺唔喺為咗配合經濟情況,竟然有套餐?可能我哋胃口大左,還是套餐份量細?食完套餐我地要另外再加出名、必食的燒汁焗牛尾同迷你砂鍋鮑魚扣鵝掌。所有食品都食到😋,熱度十足,果然名不虛傳。服務一流。雖然性價比相對高,但正所謂一分錢一分貨嘛。已經與家人約定,開年飯一定要再嚟。小插曲。我哋差少少book錯咗尖沙咀的阿一海景,好在有”開飯喇”依個平台,睇到啲相嘅食物賣相同價錢,都好似不是那麼一回事,所以才會預訂銅鑼灣這間飯店。後來問服務員,先知道尖沙咀那間飯店只是師傅授權,即係掛名,銅鑼灣依家先至係正宗。好彩啫,差啲幫襯錯左。
