0+3實施後,都未有去旅行嘅打算,只有留港食廚師發辦。🥢前菜:蟹肉餅、汁煮東風螺、海老芋頭和蟹肉蒸蛋,依一依個肚仔先。🌟一品料理鹽燒子持香魚,魚皮燒香,裏面魚肉鮮,魚春滿瀉甘香,雖然都幾多骨,不知不覺成條魚食哂。🥣自家製鯛魚湯魚湯味道濃烈,唔會腥。⭐️江戶前玉子燒,口感似海綿蛋糕,皮甜甜地,中間有鹹鮮味。🍣壽司🍣1️⃣真鯛,最面有點蘿蔔蓉,味道較淡口,質地很滑。2️⃣間八魚,芝麻很香,口感較黏。3️⃣深海池魚,魚味較濃,油分豐富。4️⃣金目鯛,魚皮橙紅。5️⃣生八爪魚,軟淋;食到八爪魚吸盤,好鮮味。6️⃣石垣貝,有啲爽口又有啲淋滑。7️⃣秋刀魚,秋刀魚會有少少腥味,薑蔥出奇地減輕左個股味。8️⃣銀雪魚,外表燒香,魚油充足,魚肉滑。9️⃣拖羅,入口即融,油分甘香無筋。🔟海膽,海膽爆滿,仲要鋪滿幾層,鮮甜美味。餐後仲有甜美的🍈蜜瓜和提子。😄冇去旅行唔會失望,留港食Omakasea都有希望。
