為了朋友生日，約了去試壽星決定既W Hotel入面既Kitchen食buffet。入到去服務員服務態度非常好，坐到位置上，過5-10分鐘套餐送的東西就送到我地面前，包括生蠔、龍蝦等。再出去行左一個圈，選擇既款式唔算多，Parma Ham配各款芝士，生蠔、龍蝦都可添食，朋友說必食鮑魚糯米飯。 ⦁生蠔唔算太厚肉，海水味唔算好重，普普通通⦁龍蝦肉質有點dry，但厚肉既。⦁Parma Ham配芝士Ham同芝士既款式都多，可以逐一去試。⦁刺身、壽司款式偏少，切得太厚，唔夠鮮味⦁鮑魚糯米飯d飯軟糯香口，果鮑魚唔算韌，但無乜味整體來說，今次buffet真係有點失望⋯

肉質有點dry，但厚肉既。
