To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們於19/3（五）晚上約六時半左右到達餐廳，雖然有位置，但卓上無人清潔，感覺不太乾淨。我們叫了三個套餐：①素菜薄餅配❶沙律及❷焗雙芝士西蘭花（$109）②素菜千層麵配薯蓉配❶焗雙芝士西蘭花及❷雜菜湯（$88+12）③拿坡里西蘭花有機鮮蘑菇扁意粉配❶雜菜湯（$76）飲品是三杯有機綠茶。焗雙芝士西蘭花放了一塊法包，但略嫌太硬。素菜薄餅有紅椒，蘑菇，粟米，菠蘿，餅底是薄批，也是脆口的。素菜千層麵配薯蓉則較好吃，有茄子，靑瓜，粟米，洋蔥，番茄等，但個人感覺番茄醬太多。拿坡里西蘭花有機鮮蘑菇扁意粉則較為失色，太多番茄醬，蘑菇欠奉。總括然而，本次用餐經驗一般，食物水準有待改善。
