位於荃灣川龍街嘅大紅袍火鍋係我同朋友最喜歡嘅火鍋店之一,佢哋嘅金屋藏叫湯底係我哋每次必叫,首先十分足料,雞有大半隻,雞下面係墊住一大片冬瓜,再配埋竹笙蟲草花等等配料熬出湯底,實在係鮮甜無比,每個都飲到停唔到口,飲完個湯食埋雞就再落清湯打邊爐,火配料都係嗰啲嘢啦,比一般火鍋料貴少少但質素有一定保證,呢度亦有啲貴價小小嘅時令海鮮俾你選擇,今次我地叫左條象拔蚌做刺身,海鮮呢啲真係一分錢一分貨🙈🙈個個都食得好滿足😋😋
