To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假同朋友去摩星嶺camping，入營前諗住去附近既士美菲路熟食中心祭下五臟廟，估唔到咁都會發現到隱世美食！熟食中心位於街市上層，佢同一般既熟食中心間隔無異，於是我地就揀左誠記。本身都鍾意食沙嗲牛肉公仔麵做早餐，一如既往嗌左一個開始新一日，點知一食真係不得了，絕對係我食過最好食既沙嗲牛麵！佢既沙嗲微辣得黎有層次，食到少少花生碎同好細粒既調味料，麵底亦夠彈牙，唔會overbooked，質素拋離一般茶記，隨行朋友都食到Lam lam脷另外食店既員工記性同心算都好好，因為佢地唔會出單，所以食完都係乖乖地去收銀埋單，佢地就會秒速同你講要幾多錢。
