To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下晝係深水埗 有啲肚餓就求其入左間餐廳食lunch 叫左個番茄蛋牛肉手打麵 味道幾好 同其他麵店嘅麵差吾多 不過勝在番茄牛肉同洋蔥都有吾少 價錢都好平 同埋吾多人 環境都ok 但係碗麵超油 正常番茄湯底都比較清 吾知點解成碗都係油 係油到依家唸翻都有啲驚 雖然吾想浪費食物 所以有食哂 但係吾會建議任何人食 朋友叫左碗satay鴨胸麵反而一啲都吾油 好神奇 不過overall所有野都幾好 最大嘅問題都係個番茄湯底太多油 可能係我今日吾好彩😢
