宮崎南蠻雞肉,$85
雞肉鮮嫩有肉汁。不過面頭的醬汁太多,蓋過了南蠻雞肉的美味。而沙律菜的醋汁又滲入到某些雞肉裏而變得有點咸。

原來正宗日本菜都會有創新的食法。這個蔥吞拿魚法包細細件好方便。牙齒咬下法包時酥脆的口感、和吞拿魚绵密的柔軟度相融,配上沙律醬一起吃,味道一流。

日式雪菜炒飯,$90
吃了才記得影相,份量其實更多。選用秋田米,飯粒分明有嚼勁。配上雪菜和日本魚仔,越嚼越吃出了味道和質感。很飽肚,吃不完最後打包了,第二天番熱吃仍然好好味。

有茶介、日本小菜的收費。但服務員不時為我們加茶、又主動幫我換碟,每位$20都合理。

成日都笑說去日本旅行如番家鄕。現在疫情不能去日本,還好發現了這裏。下次找多些朋友一齊番"家鄉",因為現在食滿一千,就會送雜錦魚生😍。
