To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佈置充滿歐陸風情，頗有情調，有吧檯，牆上擺滿了各式各樣嘅酒類飲品，坐喺邊度都一覽店舖內嘅景觀，牆上嘅油畫，配搭上好chill嘅音樂，令整個人都變得舒適放鬆。Marinara pizza $140 Pizza用料十足，佈滿蠔仔和蝦仁。粒粒蠔仔都好飽滿，蝦仁新鮮爽脆，配搭上香濃意式蕃茄醬同拉絲嘅芝士。不論外觀和美道都非常吸引。Chicken tikka sizzler $205雞肉放在鐵板上，保持內部柔軟和濕潤。雞肉顏色鮮豔，口感嫩滑，聞落去有好重嘅香料味。同時附上烘了的蒜蓉包（Naan ），薄荷醬和印度優格醬 (Raita)。Raita有鹹味，是質地較稀的優格，和Naan絕配。雞肉和兩款醬汁配搭起來味道獨特，又唔會搶盡風頭，味道剛剛好。
