To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得喺屯門碼頭附近，突然想食米線，上到依家米線舖。到門口，攞咗張飛「A」，號碼已經下一個到我，亦都有一張二人吉枱，但店員告知唔可以坐。等咗大約5分鐘，有一張四人枱騰出，店員按鐘，一對夫婦二人攞住張「B」號飛坐喺四人枱，隨後店員再按鐘，准許我坐喺一開頭見到二人枱嚟得餐廳都唔諗得咁多，隨即點餐，點知依個先係惡夢嘅開始。旁邊有一台嘅客人投訴，有一份肉既量，得三碎塊，份量太少，可唔可以換另外一款，店員嘅回覆：份量係標準，不可以換，如果客人不滿意，酌量加少少俾佢⋯⋯聽到我O咗睇完隔籬枱客人好不滿，但係無可奈何咁食，直到食完埋單，我碗麵都未見影，細心一望，原來已經等咗超過25分鐘我張相係20:37影既，相信店舖都可以睇返CCTV，如果店舖真係忙都算，但係我竟然發現有一張外賣單，比我更加遲叫餐，竟然已經做好依份係號碼20:18點既外賣0387，包裝好，擺放出黎後比我20:12點既0385更早出餐，都係果句，店舖cctv一定有影到情況總結：其實食得譚仔，大家都心知肚明係咩味道，但係一定冇諗過，要超過25分鐘先食到碗米線不特止，入座安排奇怪，客人投訴冷對待，出品安排有問題，喺同一時間發生晒🤷🏻‍♂️
