11月生日月，去咗香香宮煮做半日香香公主👸🏻 一入門口可以換中式公主衫，有格格頭飾🤪 然後就坐喺一個宮入面用膳，哈哈都幾好玩！雍穆公主·花膠雞湯鍋 (半隻)金黃色嘅花膠雞湯，瀰漫住一種幸福嘅味道，入面用上三黃雞新鮮熬製，配上厚身花膠，忍唔住飲咗兩碗湯🍲艾莎公主牛肉寶盒顛覆咗我對Elsa嘅認知，好似月光寶盒咁，一打開有湧出嚟，入面有1.手切牛崩沙 2.手切本地牛肉 3.新鮮牛展 4.頂級雪花肥牛5. 牛黃喉 6.牛肉粒 7.牛舌花🥸 基本上全部靚牛肉，輕輕滾下就爆牛香味💗👍🏻伊比利亞橡果豬食橡果嘅豬啲脂肪係滲透喺肉裡面，肉質清晰，表面好似大理石紋嘅油花，味道清新，不飽和脂肪酸食多兩片都唔驚，肉味芳香濃郁。 松露芝心墨魚丸 松露味濃，一咬就爆芝心，呢粒墨魚🦑太好食喇🥰 有層次！黑松露蟹肉餃 齒頰留香嘅黑松露同蟹肉原來係咁夾，呢款要後啲先食，因為食完會成口黑松露味😆香香宮煮響鈴拼盤有即炸嘅黃金鹹蛋黃響鈴🔔，同鬆脆原味響鈴，二秒滾一滾吸入湯汁就已經好正！竹蔗茅根係古色古香嘅龍器皿，打邊爐飲啲清熱飲就最夾，過咗半日中式公主生日🎂 今年嘅願望好簡單好平淡，願繼續簡單🍀
